when this delivery did not arrive (problem with the carrier) Temu automatically refunded me on the card used for payment. The problem was that this card had been blocked for theft and therefore no longer existed.
I was unable to get Temu to cancel this refund and redo it on my new card. I have tried many times with Temu customer service but without success.
It was only thanks to pissedconsummer.com that I won my case and that in less than 24 hours.
So thank you pissedconsummer and I remain a Temu customer because I am satisfied with it apart from this particular incident.

Hello,
My last order was not delivered and Temu wanted to refund me without me requesting it.
The problem is that the accounting services sent the refund to the Mastercard that I used to order and in the meantime, my card was deactivated because it had been stolen.
The refund will never arrive in my account; the bank cannot act on a card that no longer exists.
I have tried many times to ask for this refund (which cannot, therefore, leave Temu's coffers) to be cancelled in order to redo it on my new card.
I only receive automatic messages sent by the advisor on the chat telling me that the refund has been made and that it is impossible to go back.
I would like to remind you that this refund was made without my consent, meaning I had no opportunity to inform your services of the situation.
I thank you for doing something to resolve this simple problem.
